Acceptable Use Policy

Use the service lawfully

Use AI Studio only for lawful purposes and only with material you are entitled to use. Do not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other third-party rights.

Deception and harmful synthetic media

Do not create, distribute, or facilitate deceptive or harmful synthetic media, including content that misrepresents a real person or a real event.

• Fraud or deceptive impersonation.
• Fake endorsements or false claims of sponsorship.
• Malicious deepfakes intended to harass, defame, exploit, or deceive.
• Presenting harmful generated content as authentic evidence of real events.
• Illegal use of another person's identity, likeness, or personal information.

Sexual, intimate, and exploitative content

Non-consensual intimate content is prohibited. Never create sexual content involving a person without their explicit consent, or content intended to sexually exploit, threaten, shame, or coerce anyone.

Children and young people

Images of children may be uploaded only by an adult account holder who has the rights and permissions required for that use. Any sexual, exploitative, abusive, grooming, or endangering content involving a minor is prohibited.

Real people and public figures

Creative use of a real person's or celebrity's image is permitted only when it complies with applicable law, third-party rights, the Terms of Service, and this policy. Permission to generate does not grant rights to publish, advertise, endorse, or commercially exploit a person's likeness.

Moderation and enforcement

AI Studio relies on provider moderation and may reject requests automatically. Passing automated moderation does not make a use lawful or acceptable. We may remove access, preserve information when legally required, or take other proportionate action when this policy is violated.
