Terms of Service

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use AI Studio. You are responsible for your account activity, for keeping your credentials secure, and for giving us accurate account information.

AI generation service

AI Studio lets you submit prompts and permitted source images to third-party AI model providers. Results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review every result before publishing or relying on it.

Requests may be reviewed by provider moderation. A provider may reject a request or withhold a result when its safety rules are triggered.

Your content and permissions

You keep any rights you hold in material you upload. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, transform, generate, download, and use that material and the resulting content.

Images of real people, celebrities, or children may be used only when you have the necessary permission and your use follows applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and the Acceptable Use Policy. The account holder must always be at least 18 years old.

Privacy and retention

Your prompts, uploads, and generated outputs are private by default. They appear only in the authenticated generator history for your account and are not placed in a public gallery.

Input and output assets are automatically deleted after 30 days. Signed access links are temporary, and deleting your account starts removal of associated private assets.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use AI Studio to violate law or another person's rights, mislead people about harmful synthetic content, or create exploitative, abusive, or non-consensual material.

Availability and enforcement

Generation capacity, models, limits, and features may change. We may block requests, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or third parties, or to respond to legal obligations.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AI Studio does not promise uninterrupted operation or that generated content will be unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
